As part of our commitment to help manage expectations in the midst of challenging conditions, Promotherapy offers a delivery-deadline / money-back guarantee on all orders - unless expressly stated otherwise.
What this means is that if your expected dispatch date at any point during production starts to look like it may not be achievable, we will update you as soon as practicable so that you may update your client/s accordingly.
At this point you or the client may cancel the order for a full refund of any prepayment, for items not yet dispatched in the agreed quantities and by the agreed due dates.
If however, you wish to proceed with the updated dispatch date, then any payment or prepayment would remain due as per normal.

This delivery deadline allowance that we make may not apply to some types of custom orders that require large upfront procurements, but everything else unless expressly stated otherwise.
