Promotherapy employs a third-party phone service to answer all calls. If you're calling through with a query, please ensure that you leave an email address with the operator so that we can come back to you in writing for any questions that aren’t already answered on our website. Email is the fastest way to communicate with us, so please try and direct all enquiries to email@example.com.
Freight quotes are given on the cart page of our website. Simply add the desired quantity of your selected product to your cart and the freight price will display in your shopping cart.
You may email your purchase order and artwork to firstname.lastname@example.org and it will be processed into an online order for you, which will enable you to check all details, including the artwork proof. Direct online ordering is also available.
You will receive an email notification anytime prices are updated. In cases where prices increase, we will give a 30 day grace period where we will honour the old price. Please ensure that you keep prices on your own website as up to date as possible. Current data and images are available from our downloads page.
FRAGRANCES AND ESSENTIAL OILS SAFETY
Our website lists all possible essential oils and fragrance oils as product options, however not all of our oils are suitable for all applications – i.e. some are not suitable for skin use, some may not suit being used on lips and certain essential oils may need a photosensitivity warning. Should you select a fragrance or essential oil option that raises a safety concern, you will be notified of this before we process the order.
PRODUCT MANDATORY INFORMATION
Information such as product ingredients, best before dates, batch numbers and any product warnings will be given in your artwork proof from us, once you have sent through your order. If you'd like this information prior to ordering so that you can get the OK from your client or incorporate the information into your label design, please contact us at email@example.com.
