Matcha is a powdered green tea grown under specific conditions to ensure a premium product with optimal health benefits. The tea plant is grown in the shade for the final few months prior to harvest to boost the chlorophyll content of the leaves so it develops a vibrant green colour. Matcha is high in antioxidants, polyphenols and catechins, and is a natural source of L-theanine and EGCG to complement your intermittent fasting. Each folding card contains a zip lock bag with approximately 3g or 1 single serving of organic culinary grade matcha green tea powder, which is perfect as a warm drink, added to smoothies or a range of recipes.
