Promotherapy is in the process of removing and updating all images from our website and social media, which use trademark and copyright-protected material.

All protected images have already been removed from our Instagram (which we urge you to follow if you'd like to keep in touch @promotherapy).

We'll be replacing all website product photos with examples using in-house designed branding which showcases the various print and product options.

Likewise going forward, we'll be unable to provide our sales associates with printed samples containing protected material from previous jobs and we won't be making or retaining additional samples at the completion of any future jobs. 

Instead, we are implementing a sales-sample ordering service into our website which will enable those in our network to upload client artwork and request pre-production samples using your prospective clients' actual branding.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Unbranded / plain product samples are of course, still available.

We urge all sales associates to obtain the necessary written clearance from all interested parties as to the use of any trademarks and copyright-protected material at artwork sign-off stage.
