We’ve chosen this firm due to its impressive credentials and its ISO quality and information security management systems certifications. Data security and campaign / project privacy is an often-overlooked priority in our industry, but something so important for establishing trust with your end-customers.
Thankfully, you can rest-assured that any phone service provided by Promotherapy is backed by quality and that your contact details and any commercial in confidence matters discussed via phone, will remain confidential.
You will need to bear with our new phone team however, because there remains workflows to be developed further so that they're able to deliver more specific answers with you directly, but this is a work in progress.
For now and over the xmas break while we're not in the office, they will be assisting us in handling phone enquiries so that we can come back to you with answers, either by phone or email while we're away.
